I donā€™t know about that, but how can you clean up the world when youā€™re poisoning yourself? The biggest changes start and home and spread outward.

I had a choice years agoā€¦like 2009 where on a pension in Australia I had a choice. Continue smoking or give up everything else. I chose the everything else and what a great thing that was.

Nicotine is a nasty chemical as we all know. Nothing else gives such small results for itā€™s chemical addiction. That is my opinion as a 25 year pack a day man.

They tell me they make cigarettes so expensive to deter young people from starting.

The thing about quitting is never say never. I smoked a lot for a long time, and I couldnā€™t stop. But here I am seven years without smoking!

I smoke a lot of ciggerettes. It keeps me going. Itā€™s an expensive habit that I cannot quit at this stage. Iā€™d fight for it.
