I heard similar gossip that that the treatment is suppressed cause its a whole industry making some money.
Couldn’t rule it out. Ebola is man made, there’s another one.
It’s not. That’s another one of these lies.
One has to wonder about the psychological makeup of those that spread such misinformation.
Steve Jobs died because he believed the fake news. He thought he could cure his operable cancer by alternative means. By the time he figured out he couldn’t it was too late.
That just goes to show that being highly intelligent doesn’t by itself give total immunity against falling for such stuff.
This is just not just cancer. This is other incurable diseases, like mine. I was scammed, also.
My mom brought me to this quack whom my my mom’s friend said that it will cure my illness. So I went with her. The quack whispered bunch of stuff to me. I was really, really confused.
He also prayed over me and whispered bunch of stuff (again). He also said bunch of weird numbers. Then, he told me to eat 6 quails with soybean paste at this hour. When he said so, he took out a weird-looking paper with bunch of circles on it. He swung a pendulum over it, and drew a line on the paper. He told me to rip the paper at the last day of the “treatment”. We payed 50,000 won for this (50 dollars CAD/US).
Obviously, I was not cured. We were so SO mad. We were scammed.
Not only that, we had to pay for it! I also had to eat those disgusting quails!
We were so pissed off.
Because of his claim of curing my disease (which is genetic), my mother had to pay 50 dollars for that one visit. It was a pointless thing to do. We are NEVER doing it again.
I know that the cure claims for cancer is much more pricey than that. Two of my friends lost their parents to cancer when they were in university. Why are they doing this to innocent people who are just trying to survive?
@anon10648258 I agree. Witness the 'The bleach can cure your child’s autism ’ merchants . Lots of healthcare misinformation out there.
I know! That is just horrible. Bleach is dangerous.
I cannot believe how many people target incurable diseases to get money.
If there was a proven cure for cancer, then cancer will have a cure. These “claims” are not genuine.
There will never be a cure for cancer. Anything that shows promise is suppressed. There is too much money to be made in treating cancer. There is no money when there is a cure. Sorry folks, not in this profit driven society.
Please stop spreading misinformation. People can read that kind of thing and be tempted to go down the ’ highly dubious and dangerous cures ’ route.
It’s not misinformation it’s a fact.
It is not a fact. You are being highly irresponsible .
You are being naive in your belief that there is hope for a cure. False hope is more dangerous than the truth. Anyway I’m having a good day and I’m not going to continue this argument. You can believe whatever you want to believe. I’m not going to sugarcoat so feelings aren’t hurt.
