I don’t sleep well anyways so if I have three hours that’s fine for a bit. I end up taking two naps throughout the day. It’s 3-4 at night 2-3 during the day then if I’m lucky another hour. Maybe just sleep what you can. It’s hard to have tips on falling asleep aside from unplugging from any electronics and laying down until you start to dose off. If you can’t stop thinking lay down and turn the tv on or listen to YouTube at a low volume with no headphones. That’s what I do when I want to go to bed.
