I have an appointment in two days, i don’t know how to say nicely that their treatment plan makes me sick and i got better things to do than satisfying their curiosity. I want to tell them all to mind their own business. and leave me alone.
i have been there and it ended me in the hospital involuntary
maybe try to talk to them with curiosity in different meds cause you are tired of your current meds
maybe search a possible different med and they will take you more serious
let them know you are un happy and just need a change
i know i really didnt answer your question just that i dont want to see end up in the hospital

If you’re feeling fine just tell him your feeling fine and don’t have any problems.

I am fine, i don’t need their meds, my meds are different, just not approved according to classical psychiatric medicines.
