How to increase inner dialogue

Use to have constant inner dialogue and i want that back because it allowed for distraction. Now i just stare at the wall with nothing in my brain

Read, read, read, read. You’ll always have something to think about.

Ok so once I was given this med that made my head completely quiet like that, I couldn’t tolerate it. Are you on a med that might be causing that?

Im not sure actually, probably, im on 3 -abilify 400, rexulti 2, and olanzapine 10.

I think i was at my best with just invega and clozaril. But i thought abilify would be better because a year ago this month i owned a landscaping business and was pursuing a biz mgmt degree and was only on abilify 400.

I broke my brain, never getting better. This is it.

When i read i get distracted by how interesting looking at the wall side ways is.

I feel the same way now. Empty headed. All my thoughts are broken up and nonsense. I think it’s the meds. Mine sedate the heck outta me . If i figure it out I’ll letchu know

Your doctor is willing to prescribe abilify and rexulti together? I asked my psychiatrist about having this combination and he said it would just lead to more side effects. Also, my insurance wouldn’t cover both.

Yeah im guessing my pdoc said it was ok because i dont have any side effects from abilify, so he must’ve assumed it was low risk. So far so good. If you get side effects from abilify i would guess rexulti would make it worse.

Rexulti came out when abilifys patent ran out (or something), allowing generic versions to be made. So my guess is its fairly similar to abilify, but apparently its more like risperidone.

On meds, I’m very empty headed too. Makes meditation very easy.

This is the worst. I have found improvement with lowering the dose.

Yes hahahaha
I’ve become almost monk like in my demeanour.
Simply due to lack of thought
