Elapsed time was the only way that worked for me. Took 5 to 6 years. Benzos really help with the anxiety though.

I take 300mg daily,
for my pdoc thinks I’m fine.
If i had told him about the
madness i get sometimes,
he would have increased it to
400mg at least
