It’s good that the loud music at night has stopped. But any loud sounds past a certain hour, you should be able to report to the police. Most cities / communities have a noise ordinance. Like, everyone has to be quiet after a certain time.
If this lady is very loud in the middle of the night, with sexy time, you may have the right to report a noise disturbance.
