Actually i face difficulty in reading
I cant read more than one chapter and sometime several pages
How do you deal with that?
Try Vraylar? I don’t know. Maybe supplements too. It could take time. I struggled too for years.
Practice.
And don’t be too hard on yourself. Find something that really interests you to read, and try to read a bit every day.
Dont force yourself to read anything you’re not interested in.
Find something that genuinely interests you and try to read it.
Heck, you’re reading the messages on this forum so that’s a start.
I agree with what has been mentioned above. Find something that really interests you. For example, a genre you might enjoy, a book that you may have heard about, or one that calls to you. Another thing i’d like to add, find a comfortable position to sit in. When I used to be an avid reader i’d often read in bed, or on a comfortable chair for hours at a time. It is important that you are physically comfortable while reading for prolonged periods of time. I also agree with what Nova mentioned about not being to hard on yourself. Take your time enjoying the book you’re reading. There is no shame in reading a chapter between sittings. You could take a few minutes after reading a chapter brainstorming about what you think may happen next, your thoughts on the characters, things like that. It might increase your desire to read more sooner. There is nothing wrong with reading a chapter and taking a break.
I used to read 700+ page books in a day or two, but at the same time, I remember some books I only read a few chapters of per day and I equally enjoyed those.
