i basicaly was making the switch from abilify to vraylar and i changed my mind i started at 10 mgs abilify with 1.5 mgs vraylar then i went down to 5mgs abilify with 1.5mgs vraylar now i want to go back up and add 5mgs abilify for a total of 15 mgs abilify . how do i do it do i just start 15mgs abilify or work my way up and remove the vraylar. my pdoc it was either vraylar or abilify
You should not have to figure this out and no one on here should either, your doctor should be the one with the plan to properly transition you, as there are certain protocols for transitioning between meds.

You should be working with your doctor when it comes to medications.

Yeah it’s rare to be on two or more. Most doctors have an idea…they deal with this everyday and their experience is way more than yours even if you read every single thing on this website.
Psychiatry is a lot about feel. It is not an exact science at the moment so do what your shrink tells you and move from there!
