Wow you got it late @Bowens
11 psychosis, 13 or 14 bipolar with psychosis, 16 schizoaffective, early 20s schizophrenia, now schizophrenia with bipolar
19 years old in 1980.
25, had some delusional OCD when I was a kid
Too young to legally drink, old enough to have my entire universe flipped upside down. That’s how it felt at the time anyways.
I forget I have SZ nowadays
I was 19 or 20. At first they said i had bipolar at 15, but that’s cuz i lied to them about hearing voices.
My first psychosis I was 16/17
They did not want to diagnose SZ then. The drugs were blamed
But it came back when I was about 25 and it was undeniable as I was not on drugs
It put me in a very dangerous position holding off on the diagnosis
Understand though why they’re hesitant with this label
If I remember correctly I was 19 when I was first hospitalized for acute psychosis. By 22 I think I had officially been diagnosed with schizophrenia paranoia. I remember feeling off around the age of 16. Something just slowly began to change in my demeanor.
- I was a late bloomer but major depressive break at 23. I was in the primary concern but couldn’t quiet nail me in but I got there…Paranoid sz at 29!
I was 18. Prior to that 13= social anxiety(non dxed ) 15-18
(increasing depression) First saw psychiatrist just before 17 -depression and gender related issues . Parents not sympathetic re the latter.
21 or 22 in 2019.
30 years of age!!!
21 years old - very typical, but christ i have had many diagnoses, schizotypal, schizoaffective, etc… and now schizophrenia “without no specification”
35 for sza though i guess I’m not that convinced I have this anymore. Had several other diagnosis before that. Been sick since teenage years
