I shower at least 3 - 4 days out of the week.
i can shower anytime i want its not so difficult to me…
At least once per day. Twice per day if I’ve been exercising and sweating – don’t need to get itchy in the nether regions.

I’ve been able to correlate how often I shower with what meds I’ve been on. Without factoring in symptoms, I can see how some meds have changed how much I sweat. On Clozaril I showered once or twice a week and never felt gross or sticky and was always freezing. When I took Latuda I had to shower in the morning or I felt disgusting. I could shower at night or skip a day when I was withdrawing it.
Every other day. But I’m going to take one this morning and I had one yesterday morning. At least I intend to.
I thought you were kidding? Oh well hygiene is big in the US probably not in nepal.

I am taking a shower everyday, I feel like its always hot for no apparent reason.
