I usually see my prescriber about once a month. If I’m stable once every couple months.

I don’t see a consultant but someone does call to see how I’m doing every few weeks to months.

I’m pretty stable but still once every 6 weeks. Just pays to touch base and talk about the cricket. He charges the government though so no expense to me so I just do it in case I really need to see him later on.

I go to the regular doctor to get my ears cleaned every 4 months or so and i see my psych nurse every 3 months

I haven´t seen my psychiatrist in 2 years. Because my GP can update my meds every 6 months or so.

I talk to the psychiatrist once a month on the phone. It’s once a month because I hear a voice. Otherwise it would be 2-3 months.

Same here, see the social worker twice a year, one to introduce themselves then again to say goodbye!.

right now i go once a week as im not doing very well
then when stable every 2 weeks
when i was stable out of hospital more than a year i went once a month
