Its almost as if I don’t even have a mental Illness that’s how good I feel I go see my Psychiatrist December the 23rd I wish I didn’t go every three months like I said I feel so good I could go every six months if they had that available but they don’t three months is the longest.
Psychiatrist: once a month. Psychologist: every week cos I’m on psychotherapy.
Once a year when I come to town for supplies…

As a patient every 4 to 6 months for 30 minutes. For support group sessions every week for 2 hours.
Once a month, more if needed. Our sessions are 30 minutes. It’s nice because it’s a teleconference, so I don’t have to go anywhere. I also see a therapist once a week.
how do u feel good enough that u dont feel like u are mentally ill
I see him once each week because he is my psychotherapist too.
I take meds I don’t even feel like I am sick when I am on meds that’s what I meant.
Once a month, more often when I am symptomatic.
I went to see my Dr. every three months but since I have no issues with my meds or Mental illness I go every 4 months now.

once in 3 months but if anything happens i can always go in and talk to someone and my p/doc is changing bc i just saw him last week, getting an OT soon though to help me try and get a job
