How often do clean your ear ? Or use ear bud?

I am so addicted to earbuds, I keep using them at most thrice daily.

I think its due to hair in my ear and wax.

Is it common to all.

Everyday but now my ears barely produce wax. It’s best to clean once a month. Regular use especially with water in the ears from a bath can cause ear infections.
