Same. My clothes are usually soiled with unknown substances.
But no one notices, but my therapist says they do but donāt say anything.
My husband if he catches it tells me to change - and it causes problems cause I donāt care. But if i donāt, we start agrivating each other.
Cum could just look like anything spilled. Itās no different than food or drink soiled.
I donāt have many clothesā¦I shower twice a week, so I only change my boxers twice a week. I donāt sweat so thereās thatā¦especially under the armsā¦the glands I think dried upā¦I d k. anywaysā¦I wear about five different shirts during the summer, and only about three shirts during the winterā¦i have some khaki slacks, some gym pants, and long johns I wear under my clothes during the winter. all blackā¦everything. boxers plaidā¦haha
I shower almost everyday and I brush my teeth everyday the brushing of teeth is done multiple times because I drink a lot of coffee so I donāt wanna stain my teeth and i change after every shower
I change my underwear daily, shower every other day, and wear the same clothes two days in a row before washing them. Pajamas I wear four times before washing.
At least I am wearing jeans now during the day and not just running around the same stretch pants and tee that I slept in for two days. Risperidone is helping me with motivation for sure.
i shower about every 7 to 10 days. wash my hair prob every 3 days. change my under wear and socks every night. wash my face every night. brush my teeth every night. i wear the same jeans for prob 3-5 days. wear the same shirt for prob 2-3 daysā¦it all sounds kinda random
I put on clean clothes every morning and shower about three times a week.
I change into day clothes everyday and shower 2-3 times a week
I am on the same boat as you. I change my clothes various amounts of times a day. I think itās my OCD, or me just being hypo manic. I like it thoughā¦ It makes me feel good, it gives me motivation to get up and seize the day. So, i think, if itās something you like, keep going!
I wear fresh clothes daily after bath, but I wear t-shirt and lower in my home, that I wear two to three days, than change. At work shirt and trouser and shoue.
I shower mostly daily and change clothes when I do. Sometimes it takes a bit to find some clothes I want to wear. I go a couple days without a shower sometimes, but Itās if Iām not doing anything. Iāve been having a hard time finding clothes I like lately. I think Iām just getting fat.
Usually 1 shower a day but will wear night clothes then change into day clothes. Might change again if going out like to wear jeans or something more spiffy but most days itās out of night clothes and into day clothes till shower and bed time.
So once a day for sure minimum but maybe more.
Sometimes I change my shirt during the day if I stain it while Iām eating.
But first ya gotta wanna change.
@LevelJ1 do you wear stretchable jeans or the thick ones ? I like thick ones.
@Kxev I used to also care less, hey we all need to follow the rules else we will look different, I donāt want to look different, I need to blend in like chameleon

@jukebox glands dry up really ? For me the sweat dries up and there will be salt formation in the shirt.
@anon24748973 I too bush my teeth daily thrice I feel uneasy, like my breath stinks due to smoking but now I have stopped smoking still I bush got it in the routine, which is the tooth paste you use ?
@anon28552576 Risperidone this med did work for me but caused some memory issue, How is you memory ? May be smoke does not go hand in hand with this med. Do you smoke ?
@irrelevant do you wash your face with any specific liquid ? I used face wash and i started to develop pimples, for me best is soap, It does not create any issues.
@Sunlit Thatās really good. I used to take shower alternate days when I was well. But now I have to do it every time I feel low. Buy the way what meds are you on ?
@MissJennyJen How are you keeping up ? Funny question though ā do you reach your back while at shower ? I never reach because of it my back has developed some kind of dots and it keeps itching.

@TheSecondVariety same here I find difficult to select a dress, so I decided to print my own shirts, its just 500 rupees for one print with the shirt, there are other places to for lesser price, better to wear my own interesting quotes. Do you go for walk ?
Hi @rogueone I see you like bright color shirts what color do you choose at night when you go out ? The thing is at night if I wear a hat and go out the street dogs chase me, donāt know whats the relation

I donāt think about what i wear except that i can sleep and wear all day without changing, i donā I donāt like clothes that make people notice me. I think everyone looks different when i go out. A lot dress to stand out.
I will too, start wearing clothes and selecting clothes that can be worn the entire day, do you like joggers ? I feel always comfortable in them. but they are expensive now a days.
Every thing is shot up in price these days 
I been wearing sweatpants and pajama pants that look fine going out and a t-shirt and i have a sweater i wear. I really like it.
I do like thin joggers, they are great for all day all week wear.
