How much of what we do is simply mindless learned behaviors?

I’m in the habit of turning women down. I don’t know why. I didn’t want to be hurt and I found out it’s worse being alone. Maybe it’s because I’m gay. I’m convinced most of the things people do are just learned behaviors.

I’m asexual but identify as gay. I turn women down and just blame being gay. I don’t have any sexual attraction to people.
