haha I just quit smoking like 4 days ago so I said zero. when I smoked I would smoke 7 to 10 cigs a day, would go through a pack in 2 or 3 days.
I only smoked for like 3 months though, im not addicted.

lol I think my math is off. If 1 cig is 2 mg nicotine then a pack of cigs must be 40 mg. Whoops.

Just disregard that over 201 mgs is more than 1 a pack of cigarettes.

It seems i use around 12 mg nicotine. One cigarette is 0.8mg and i smoke around 15 so less than 20 mg a day for sure.

I vape about half a bottle a day. Maybe a little bit more. About 6ml a day and I’m on 6mg.
We choose up to 18 mg per bottle. The price stays the same. It is house mixed and $18 per 120 ml bottle. We get lots of coupons and have a few cups worth here. It’s far cheaper than smoking. Packs of cigs are $8-$10 here in ny.

This is interesting. Nicotine just improved attention in a study. Makes sense to me.
Well, I was on 12 mg for two weeks and then reduced to 9 mg. I don’t know other german vapers.
