My normal was 10 a day. I’ve cut back significantly in the past month so it’s down to between 2-4 a day.

I gave it up long ago (in 2009), but before I stopped smoking, I smoked between 5-10 cigarettes a day for roughly two years.

Glad I’m done with it.
