If I don’t take my caffeine pills I will end up sleeping a good 8 hours at night plus one or two naps during the day. Without caffeine, I would estimate I currently sleep 10 to 12 hours a day. With caffeine it is considerably less.
I’ve really been noticing how long my mom sleeps lately. She will go to sleep at 10 or 10:30 at night, then might sleep until almost noon the next day sometimes. Then also nap during the day/evening while watching tv! I wouldn’t be surprised if she sleeps 14 to 16 hours a day!
My dad on the other hand, is always up between about 5:30 to 6:30. He may take a short nap later on if he doesnt sleep much, but is always up early.
I’ve been sleeping close to ten hours a night for almost my whole life but I think I only need seven hours of sleep each night. I sleep for ten hours because I don’t have anything to do.
6 to 8 hours with naps in the day. When I have no worries it is a comfortable sleep (most of the times) but when I have stuff on my mind it is a twist and turn uncomfortable sleep.
Me too, i wake up in the middle of the night and cant sleep. Recently it went bonkers, i didn’t sleep for 54 hours and had to sleep at the psych emergency, because i had no drugs to put me down (but the emergency had the drug for sure, they drugged me to sleep, and after 9 hours sleep i let myself be discharged)
