I can’t get to sleep for hours and then wake up two hours later. I’m so tired all day.

10 hours minimum.

I tend to wake up in the middle of the night. Eat. Then go back to sleep

9 hours. Sometimes more if I have nothing to do that day. It seems to be the best thing for my mental health.

I really have problems going to sleep at night. Then I sleep until 10 or 11 am. Maybe I’m falling to sleep at 3 or 4am. That’s 6 or 7 hours of sleep. Tomorrow I have to get up at 7am to go to see my therapist.

On days that I work I sleep 10 hours a night. On the weekend I sleep 12-16 hours. Ive gone about 48 hours without any sleep and one time I slept 30 hours straight.

When I’m healthy 7-9 hours, and I feel good with that amount.

Depressive swing, I’ll sleep 16 hours a day, 12 at night and a 4 hour depression nap.

In episodes, hardly any. I’ll try to sleep but it won’t come, or only comes for short bursts throughout the night, waking up to voices or thoughts every half an hour or so, then fighting to go back to sleep.

Right now I’m getting about 5 to 7 hours at night and sometimes a 1.5 hour nap and that’s about as normal as I get. When the pendulum swings I’ll get 14-17 hours at night and fight to stay out of bed the rest of the time or get 4 hours and feel completely satisfied with it.

Now that I’m on loxapine I get 12-13 hours a night. It’s really too much sleep but I’m so out I don’t even notice anything. Like a few nights ago the fire and carbon monoxide alarm went off and I didn’t even hear it. My husband had to shake me awake.

LS! I fall asleep at 19.00 hours and wake up at 24.00 hours. I do not seem to be able to get in a better rhythm. I have to sleep with an apneu mask/machine, there is the risk of a heart attack if you do not do it right. But I do it right half of the time.

Ever since I was a kid I sleep for 1-2 hours, wake up for 2 or so, sleep 1-2. This starts at 9pm until 4:30am. But if I go to bed after 6am, I sleep about 5 hours, wake up for pain meds, am up then. It’s a mess. I worked 3rd shift in high school for years, then had 3 kids in 4 years, just ended up forever. I also have nightmares, which doesn’t help. Tried all sleeping pills, no dice. Hell, I need the xanax to calm my panic to fall asleep when I lie awake for 6 hours some nights just for no reason, but I’m panicking.

I sleep a lot. About 10 hours at night and then a daily nap for about 2 hours.

I work. I go to bed at 930 and get up at 630. I would rather go to bed at 8 but the wife won’t let me. We have company right now and the wife is entertained and it’s 8 now so I am going to bed early.

At least 10 hours. I suppose it could be the Seroquel?

I’m down from 10 or more to 8 or less. It’s a work in progress as I do different exercises. That is the biggest thing for me is exercise. I’m happy to sleep less although I enjoy my sleep time I feel guilty if I’m sleeping 10 hours a day.
