About ten times. Once for 8 months.
I say four my wife says seven. I think it was only four. That’s inpatient. I have been outpatient a few times too.
Don’t want to go back. Not a good experience. The first hospital stay made me worse intentionally.

I’ve been to the hospital once, but I’ve come close to going again like 4 or 5 times. I was 19 years old when I went to the mental hospital. I went around 10 days. That was like 22 years ago. I remember one time I asked my dad if I could go the mental hospital and he said, “no just go to sleep and see how you feel tomorrow” He was right. I felt better the next day.

4 times, longest stay was 6 months (I had one week vacation every month) because I went to court vs my psy to go out of mental hospital without meds. He punished me and said refusing treatment and meds are part of the disease.
