I brush it once a day. If I’m really lucky I brush twice. Used to just brush once a week. But then I increased naltrexone dosage and now I brush it daily what gives???

I brush and floss my teeth every night. Sometimes, I brush in the morning, too, but not very often.
The dentist says my teeth, gums, and general oral health are very good.

I brush during my afternoon bath
And floss 2x a week randomly
And mouthwash 5x

Tooth infections can travel down to the heart. It’s a very bad idea to let your teeth just rot

Before sz i brushed morning and night now i only brush at night and sometimes skip a day ever once in awhile ive got bad gum disease need a deep cleaning but its just soo expensive…

I only brush my teeth at night. I use an Oral-B electric toothbrush and a WaterPik water flosser. I once went about 3 months without doing any oral hygiene and ended up with a gum infection.

I really struggle brushing my teeth. I tend to only do it once a day too unless Im going out in the day time.
