It’s very relative. I don’t know what to vote. There are different eating patterns and different “degrees” of fast food.
Is every burger/pizza/mexican/chinese fast food? some may argue they are, some may argue they aren’t.
If you go to a “healthy” restaurant, or make at home breaded chicken breast with fries, does it count as fast food?
You’re right, it’s not clear. I made the thread cause I’m eating a frozen pizza today and I ate one yesterday as well. They come 2 in one pack, can’t resist.
Junk food is junk , it’s hard to find healthy food, and it’s expensive. Junk food only for no other option
2 frozen pizzas are not that bad imo. You can put good cheese and other toppings over it.
Can you buy a bag of mixed salad and some fruit? That should do the trick
