How many mental illnesses do you have

I have three…social phobia, major depression, and sz.

I need to know if I’m counting my wife’s relatives?

I have schizophrenia, OCD and a personality disorder.

I have paranoid schizophrenia and major depression disorder. Don’t need more than that.

I used to have anxiety when I was young, took zoloft for it, but most of that is gone now, so I guess it’s just the one now. Schizophrenia.

15- major depressive disorder with psychotic symptoms.

21- anxiety.

32- schizoaffective depressive type.

SZA Bipolar type, generalized anxiety disorder, and OCD are my current conditions. I’m doing pretty good though. I’m forcing myself out of my comfort zone and into situations that make me uncomfortable, but its helping me gain massive confidence. Everyone should take a job at least once that makes them act like a ponce. Acting stupid in front of people and having a laugh about it while entertaining them has made me 100 million times better in social situations.

Thanks @Jake I hope you do!

It took me years to get over my anxiety and over a decade for my depression. It was a long haul but it is all in the past now.

That is great @Headspark. That is impressive that you stayed with it for ten years, to beat your depression. How did you accomplish that?
