I have smoked from 17 years and i smoke 30 to 50 cigarettes per day.
I don’t smoke anymore and I encourage everybody to reduce or quit.
I’ve smoked since I was 15 I smoke half a pack outside and vape in the apartment. About a pack a day total

I smoke since 4 years and 8 months. I smoke always around 50 cigarettes per day. I tried quitting many times, I can’t get out off bed for nothing else besides toilette, eating and drinking or appointments which are rare like twice or three times a month mostly. So I smoke, it’s really boring without my smokes.
I had the same situation i slept 12 hour / 24 hours and the time i was woke i smoked around 50 cigarettes a day. I got you.
I smoked two pack a day, around forty cigs per day. Quit just over thirty years ago and feel much better for it.
I vape its much cheaper and imo healthier but i do wish i could quit what worries me is someday having to go in the hospital and being unable to get nicotine and forcibly having to quit

I don’t smoke cigarettes any more though. I smoke pipe tobacco now.
25 years. Currently at a little over half a pack a day. Most i was ever at was 2 packs a day.

9 years in total, Smoked 2 to max 3 cigarettes a day. Anyways I have quit.
I smoked 7 cigarettes per day for 2 years. I quit 13 years ago.
I smoke around 10 cigarettes a day, started when I was 18. I actually learned how to smoke when in a psych ward in 1992. Now I mostly vape when I’m in my apartment, only smoke when I go somewhere or at my day program.
