i can’t agree …antipsychotics withdrawal can actually micmic schizophrenia-like symptoms even though you were not very psychotics before taking them. but no one know how long the withdrawal will last , maybe half year to 1/2year.
no it doesn’t , i am not on meds and i am schizophrenic but my mri shows that my brain is normal .Though i am very “crazy” without treatment but the report said my brain is just normal , both white matter and grey matter are preserved.
That’s what we learned in psychology courses. Probably more severe cases have significant loss.
Ninjastar had an MRI and she said there is brain tissue density decrease.
I have just paranoia and I am schizo I don’t have any hallucination
ok thx for your reply
this is my report , it said nothing wrong except sinusitis , now i am worried about my sinusitis relation with psychosis, though it may be just a delusion.
I am not a Dr but I was just saying probably not all get brain tissue density loss.
no one answered your question all they wanted to do was prove you have schizophrenia, im in the same position as you, i hope it doesnt take that long for the injection to wear off,im going to choose to believe what the person in another post said 3 to 3.5 months
Hi @zanadu welcome to the forums.
Typically, we like to leave inactive threads alone and just start a new thread instead. This is different than how some forums are run, but we do it this way because it frequently upsets users to have old topics revived when they are no longer relevant. It can also be frustrating to the person who revived the thread when they don’t get a reply, because the original poster is no longer active or no longer finds the topic relevant. Feel free to start a new thread on this topic.
Thanks,
