Things started going wrong when I met my ex… then after I left him I fainted… and things went downhill… then I met a guy in 2018 and thought he was my twin flame (new age thing) and things got worse… then in August 2018 I had my first episode… I was using st. Johns wort because I didn’t want to take medication… and I had these horrible headaches… then things just got so fckd

it sounds like a matter of 1-2years for me , do u you still think you are psychotic right now?
No I don’t… I hear voices but they are milder …and I know that most of what I thought before wasn’t true. The hardest one to shake is telepathy…

Yeah I take meds… I was really against it at first… because of what happened to me when I was on anti depressants… but with this I kind of realized after my last episode that I kind of have to take them.

does it take away all your delusions ?
For the most part… I am able to see some things clearer… but telepathy… I guess this is because it’s something I honestly believe can happen. Thought broadcasting I know is not possible… though when it is happening it feels so real. They are other little things… but I try not to think about it too much.
