How is your weight?

not so good, i gained 40-50lbs last year.

5 foot 11 inches, 182 pounds.

Used to weigh 135 when I was in my early twenties, 150 in my late twenties, at age thirty I shot up to 180 and I got a small gut :frowning:

I don’t blame any meds, just age and its effect on my metabolism.

I’m extremely lucky when it comes to my medication and weight gain. When I was diagnosed I was 18 and weighed 120lbs. 8 years later and I’m only 138lbs. My BMI is within a healthy range. Been on the same medication for the past 8 years (invega).

■■■■■■■ terrible. Im nearly 18 stone ( 252 pounds)! I don’t think I really eat that much but my weight always nudges up a few pounds every few months. Its so frustrating. Know I should do more exercise as I currently don’t do any. But I just lack the motivation to do so.

@Solidus Wow thats great to hear. Are you on the injection or the pills? I am on the injection.

I am currently about 170lbs, I used to be about 130bs. All weight gain from meds. Unfortunately I’m not very active with no motivation I’m pretty sedentary. Trying to do the treadmill thing.

I have reached a low of 134kg by eating less and doing more cardio vascular aerobic exercising. Perspiration, sweat and body heat are the by products of my physical activity.

My weight is stuck at about 159 to 160 lbs. I’m trying with no luck to get down to 150 lbs.

I’ve cut out all “at home” cookies, pastries and candy bars. I’ve also cut out all pop. I don’t take in any of these things while at home. I’m hoping that will make a difference.

I’m 5’8" and I weigh about 200 pounds. I’ve pretty much accepted myself. I’m not against losing weight but if it happens I’d prefer for it to happen in a healthy way (I have a history of disordered eating).
