I’m a laugh crier. Laugh looks just like my cry. Took me 32 years to figure out happy tears. What a relief. Sometimes my schizophrenia makes it look like I’m laughing when im crying. It’s disturbing.

I thought I was very happy. But just yesterday, I discovered that a lot of my happiness was contingent upon my continued relationship with my best friend, which is not at all good.
To be fair, much of my current happiness is due to my newfound excellent sleep I’ve been getting over the last two months. This is after a lifetime of pretty bad insomnia.
