If you are going to simply touch your toes without bending your knees, how far can you reach?
I can barely pass my knees and touch my shins… I´m too sedentary and my body is too rigid.

Abilify has given me stiff muscles so I’m not at all flexible.
I have club foot and my tendons are tight so I’ve never been flexible
Flexibility is something you can train. Maybe start yoga?
Yup I enjoy training it for the sake of training it. But I´m not very constant…
I can touch the top of my feet but not the floor. I locked up quite a bit when I turned 40.
I can reach the remote control.

I need to do yoga…horrible shape here…working on it…doing isometrics at least for my upper body strength. not enough…I know.
