Lifting weights for as little as three seconds a day can have a positive impact on muscle strength, a new ECU study has discovered.

I love running with an mp3 player. But I have no schizophrenia, only depression/anxiety. Strava, a running/bicycling app, increases one’s mileage because it has “likes” and works as a social network. For the same reason, I find it addictive and sometimes hide my runs there, making them private to get less “likes”.

I like to ride my bicycle in all seasons. It is good for both mental and physical health. It is also one way to see other people.

I exercise daily. It doesn’t help at all – in terms of cognition.

Perhaps, because for 7 years I was addicted to benzos and I am still getting cognitive symptoms despite withdrawal like a year ago.

Exercises don’t lessen my negatives and cognitive ones, but I feel it helps the rest of the body, it’s really very important
