I get up … Internet, food shopping most days and spend time with mum sister or husband, cook lunch sometimes and supper daily for husband
Just started exercising every day again! Only since yesterday but Joining a gym/ leisure thingy place badminton swimming classes sauna etc sister needs support as she’s pretty much been having a breakdown for 18 months and hasn’t been sober much of her life worse again in last few years
Been having a bit of a writing hiatus other than just filling in application forms to produce my full length play next year, before that was very busy writing and working in theatre October - January , but no exercise
Don’t know if I can do both in the same space of time ,
I was asked not to online for so long, but I really have no other better thing to do than going online after returning from office.
Are you happy with the time spent on the Internet?
@Plumber thanks for resurfacing this old thread, good way to see what people do or even get ideas for what to do with your own day!
For me I usually wake up, eat breakfast, do the dishes, vacuum, then watch some TV or listen to music, and go to the store for dinner that night. Usually around 2-3 I go into work (5 days a week) do that whole dance, get off my shift around 10-11:30 pm, go home, eat, shower, go to the gym, quick shower rinse, sleep, and do it all again. I like repetitive days more than just going with the wind. It gives me something to look forward to and plan accordingly if something arises.
You’re as healthy as you can.
Thank you! I wasn’t always like this, took many years and a lot of change to get to be the way I want to! One thing that really helped me through the years was to just repeat the phrase, “Be better than you were yesterday.” As often as I could remember to keep me on the right track! Slips happen, but you have to keep on keeping on. Friends and family that support you help A LOT too.
I’m more of a fan of routine now since I started meds and was diagnosed. I think I was a go with the wind kind of person and that lead me to a lot of good times, but also to a lot of bad decisions.
Routine is good, keeps me balanced.
My days usually go by waking up, brewing some coffee, eating breakfast, smoking a cigarette, browse the forum, lately I’ve been spending the afternoons studying for my drivers license theoretical exam that is on the 31st of this month… After I will spend my days with actual driving lessons, and once that’s over I’ll search for some volunteer work. I usually go to bed early and wake up early too.
Sounds like a good day, especially this part! I have been thinking about volunteering my Mondays at the animal shelter in my town.
That’s a good plan! I don’t know what I should volunteer on, there’s a lot of choice. I’m thinking of helping the homeless, distributing food.
Always a good choice as well. In my town the bus station gives homeless people a free ticket to a town a few hours away that has better facilities for the homeless than we do. I think that that is super ■■■■■■■ cool of that bus station.
that is awesome.
Mostly. I might start to spend more time reading, though.
Mostly on the internet. At night flicking from internet to tv. Eating and drinking. Sleeping.
i have days when i do house chores and help my mom with cooking. some days i sleep a lot and dont do much when my mood is low.
food, out with friends, internet, gym
I get up mornings, walk around town @ 5:00 AM, maybe get breakfast, think about getting food for lunch, lie down again and get more sleep. After lunch I take a shower and lie down on my bed. That’s it for my day. There’s nothing in the afternoon. I maybe call my brother or my sister. I get food for dinner and go to bed @5:00 PM. I live in a small town in rural Maryland.
this afternoon I cleaned the bodywork of the car twice to get it fairly clean, when I’m not working I listen to music, play video games, or until a few days ago I went crazy not to get the scooter flooded but maybe I found a mechanic suitable for the purpose. I can’t trust him but he fixed this problem for me but on other occasions he was careless and made me spend money that maybe I could save myself from spending
I usually walk with my mom in the morning. Other than that it’s wide open. I take care of any business that I need to do(today I need to print up a shipping label and prepare to ship that eBay sale). Sometimes I have an appointment I need to go to. Cook, clean, maybe laundry. I watch a lot of YouTube and check things on the internet. Day treatment is a great way to cut into half the day. I hang out with family or help them in some way. Idk it depends what I need to do. I stay plugged in a lot and do stuff while listening to YouTube. I usually space out big tasks to one or two a day if I can.
Laptop,Mobile All Day Long … I am Old Unmarried Dude …Hehe …
I wake up, eat breakfast and then I enjoy tobacco with coffee. Then I lie on the couch and use my phone to browse this forum.
Then later I get up and make dinner.
I do chores when I absolutely have to.
I also do grocery shopping when I absolutely have to.
My life is very simple!
Lately I’ve started working out. We’ll see how it goes!
