i usually go for fried egg sandwich. either with ketchup or butter.

omelettes with all the fixin’s can’t be beat either.

egg salad is also tops.

I don’t really eat eggs anymore as I’m mostly vegan but I loved eggs as
French toast
or fried
or hard boiled

Well, call me old-fashioned but usually with a fork.

My dad introduced us to chili and eggs. He also taught us about a scrambled eggs sandwich with mayonnaise. A fried egg sandwich is good. Two fried eggs with the yolk broken and cooked solid between two pieces of buttered toast. A deviled egg sandwich is good too.

I can never figure out which came first.

Over easy/medium. Runny yolk but hard cooked whites on buttered sourdough toast. Yummy.

Ahaha! You’re right – no wonder when I make eggs easy over at home, they never taste as good as the over easy eggs made at a restaurant. :fried_egg: :upside_down_face: :slightly_smiling_face:

It used to be scrambled, but I don’t keep eggs in the house anymore. Now I prefer an Egg McMuffin which I get once in a while.

I just read that scrambled eggs are healthier than fried and that I eat them scrambled, not fried. Its good to be here, my english is getting better and better.

Favorite eggs, in no particular order

  1. poached on an english muffin with hollandaise sauce
  2. Scrambled in a breakfast burrito with salsa, cheese, and guacamole
  3. fried over easy with a dash of soy sauce, served over ramen stir fry
  4. scrambled with cheese and ketchup on toast
  5. egg salad with diced bell pepper
  6. Hard boiled with salt (no yolks)
  7. quiche
  8. french toast

I eat so many eggs. We go through about 2 dozen a week at my house.
