I have long, dark brown, straight hair. When I’m in the sun it looks red. If I spend a lot of time in the sun, I will develop red highlights. I don’t want to mess too much with my hair, I like to wash it, brush it and be done with it. I like finishing cremes for my hair but no other products. I feel good about my hair.

Covering your grey hair is going out of style.
It’s a grandma thing.
When my aunt started growing out her greys, some woman told her “growing out greys just says to the world ‘I give up’”.
I thought it was very rude and inaccurate.
No one believes that a fifty year old woman has solid brown hair.
Anyway, I’m on board with you about not covering them.
They’re beautiful in their own way.

Oh, dear… Me too i think of my hair a lot, idk, maybe its a girl thing…
Well, my hair is a bit thick, but not very soft… Its probably a way thinner now, that i am in my fourties yeap… 
My hairdresser says, that i have lots of hair still, but my quality is average… I also has no volume on the top, which is strange, my hair grows very fast in its back, it sucks a bit… Its also wavy, neither curly, neither straight… But its ok, just not the best one…
My mom is from a different nationality than my father, she had an awesome colour when younger, her hair was golden like, dear heh 
Me, i am just brown, almost dark even. But its okay still. My hairdresser told me, that i’ll be like a ghost if i go blonde, that i am too white for it, so i keep it dark. Since an year, i am obliged to dye it on my own at home, lots of white hairs already sheesh… My sister is 50 and she almost has no white hairs, i wonder if its our meds too… Hugs

Thanks @Charles_Foster . I didn’t realize it was out of style to cover grays, but I’m glad because it’s exactly what I’ve decided to do. My husband says my mom’s hair color doesn’t look right on her. Because it’s 100% white, the color on top looks yellow as opposed to blonde.

My hairstylist told me women in their late thirties are coming in to put grey in their hair so when new greys come in they look nicer.
It’s a trend.

I have an undercut and side fringe. But the fringe is too big atm. I have curly hair when it gets long so it just looks odd despite having it cut recently. I tried to have faith in my hairdresser because she’s really nice to me and generally does a very good job but I don’t like how it looks this time.

IM 50 and hate my hair
When I was 17 I had long dark shiny wavy hair and now I have short dry hair I also have itchy scalp all this in the last two y had declined along with my mental health and menopause

I just got my hair cut recently. Longer in the front, with bangs. Medium length. I didn’t like it. But it looks better, now that it’s growing out. My hair is just average, dark brown with some gray.
