my mom always uses canned pumpkin to make her pumpkin pies…the recipe is right on the can…wow I love pumpkin pie.

Super simple mini cheesecake recipe:
1/2 package cream cheese
1/8 cup sugar
1/8 cup canned pumpkin pie filling
Maybe an egg, maybe not. It’s not necessary because of the pumpkin.
Graham cracker crust if you want it. Oil dish to bake it in, bake at 350°/175° for about a half hour.
