I usually dont feel very good until i get a diet pepsi in me
I enjoy my early mornings, especially if I’ve had a good sleep that night. It’s the afternoons i dont like.
Same here except its usually diet Mountain Dew. I usually need a little push to get going.
i like to listen to music on utube and that gives me plenty of pleasure.
i don’t enjoy bitc_____ but i often need it.

My mornings are ok if I’ve had enough sleep.
I don’t have this problem, I just don’t like mornings because I’m not a morning person. Rolling out of bed around 10 am or 11 am works for me. 5 am is not civilized by any means.
I pump my blood stream full of caffeine and nicotine for about an hour
Also early morning swim

My dog wakes me up at 4 am.
Thats his breakfast time.
I used to exercise every morning or sometimes 1 am oe 2 am when ever iwoke up with insomnia iwould exercise half a hour.
Now i just have coffee aftwr i feed my dog n take him out.
Im better morning than night or used to bd anyway.
Used to be my best time. Maybe still is.
My dog is bloody lazy
He won’t even go out until his walk
Doesn’t even do any business when we wake up!
I also pump myself full of nicotine and caffeine.

i love the early morning hours and i am only spoiling it with remembering all the ‘bad’ stuff.

I’m sedated in the morning, which is ok, but I don’t like working early since it’s too obvious I’m not quite right. Also working is harder in the morning before the meds lose it’s grip.
I watch tv for a while when I get up, news mostly. Mornings aren’t bad when I’m off work. Evenings are best. Mid day is worst.
I’ve been waking up at 5:30 and walking with my mom at 6:00. I go to bed early as hell though so I don’t mind getting up. I used to need two cups of coffee and three cigarettes before I felt right. These days one cup of coffee and a nicotine pouch works.
