With a diagnosis like this, where anything can turn into a delusional obsession, how do so many sz people manage to count calories and stay sane?
I’m not touchint calorie tracking with a ten foot pole, because I’d get right into obsession.
It might be due to my previous disordered eating.
But seriously, how do yall count calories without getting eating disorders?
I found counting calories too difficult. You have to weigh everything for it to be accurate.
Definitely use an app and do it as you go. Maybe after you eat it?
