Don’t self diagnose, go to see a doc and tell em your symptoms

@TheCanuk. My pdoc diagnosed me with sza. I just am having trouble believing certain things that I’m told are delusions aren’t real.

I always take my medicine because without it I’m really strange. It helps me act more normally

i don’t describe myself as a schizophrenic. i say i have psychosis.
