My testosterone was normal before starting 6mg Risperdal, now its lower than the normal range.
About bone density I don’t worry so much. Its just the completely different feeling of being alive when your hormones are different, that I sometimes want.

Thats what scares me the most, I don’t mind the low libido because I don’t have a partner. I read that prolactin need to be too high to cause osteoporosis.
Maybe get your bone density tested. I don’t know if bones can recover when the prolactin is back to normal again.
Do you live in a populated area? Or do you live in some village.

It can also stop periods for women.
Old age. Issue is skewed ratio of sex hormones as one gets old. And in your father’s case. Similar thing happens with postmenopausal women.

I was in similar boat as @Halozination was on amisulpride. Almost similar levels of prolactin. My doc said we treat high prolactin when it is in multiples of hundred.
He never the less gave me aripiprazole because I had become anxious due to prolactin thing. Which I stopped after a month. Heeding his initial advice.
