How bad is your munchie level after taking your AP's?

Mine is high at night I take Zyprexa 30mg and 3 mg of Haldol

I dont get munchies anymore like I used. I just get really thirst. When I take Clozapine late at night j drink about 4 cups of milk.

Wow that is alot of milk! LOL. I get sugar cravings so I just eat fruit lol. I feel you though.

Sometimes j put chocolate or vanilla mix, or even protein mix.

I’ve turned into a sugar junkie over the years. I went from munching out on fast food to snacking on something sugary.

My appetite doesn’t change when I take psych meds. Though one made me gain 2 pounds per month.

Yeah Ap’s make a man gain weight quick, especially with sugar cravings.

I really struggle with munchies at night after my nighttime meds. Trying to diet so I try to stick to fruits and veggies, lean meats

I completely agree with you, I find it hard sticking to my diet on Ap’s so if I’m craving something sweet I eat fruit, it is hard but I mean it’s worth the try and sacrifice.

Only Seroquel gave me munchies, and in particular it would make me wake up in the middle of my sleep and raid the fridge before going back to bed.

I had munchies when I started rexulti, but when I got used to it that went away.
Seroquel, clozaril and vraylar were the biggest offenders for me.
