I have abilify induced anxiety. I’m taking benzos as a temporary fix. I don’t know what I’m going to do when the benzo supply runs out.
The only potential light at the end of the tunnel is brexpiprazole ( rexulti) which is supposed to act like abilify but with less anxiety.
I have to live each day as it comes at the moment because thinking about the future increases my anxiety.

One could invest $20.00 to see if it works. Or not do so and never know.
