I just woke up from a nap, how are you guys doing, I’m off to eat at a diner here in a minute.
Just got home from work. My goal is to take a nap. Then a meeting with a case manager at 5:00. I am one broken human being but I’ll feel better after a nap.
It’s 1821 here (6:21 pm)
5:30pm here. Just eating supper and then hopefully a little nap. I’ve been kind of dozy all day.
I hope it goes well.
I am decent. I was watching something on Youtube earlier that triggered me.
But I’m feeling better now.

Yeah, the weird thing about YT is that just about anyone can make a documentary, or a podcast and upload it.
I need to use more discretion with what I watch on there.
