How are you going to improve your life?

I need to start exercising and watching what I eat.

Losing weight would improve my life a lot.

I’d feel comfortable in my clothes and in turn more comfortable being in public

I am going to get regular exercise and lower the amount of caffeine I drink (especially in the afternoon I drink a lot so I think it impacts my SZ and anxiety symptoms too much).

Just stop posting things that are against the rules. You don’t need to even mention religion or politics.

I need need need to do yoga…I think that would really help …I tell myself I might trigger my spastic muscle cramp in my abdomen and I am very afraid of it popping out…it is very hard to push back in…yes the doctor said it’s inoperable…I do isometrics and try to walk around the back yard every day. I am pretty happy with all I do each month…

Yes you are right. i am also vulnerable sometimes. But at least if nobody, than a schizophrenic can understand another. It is my view.

I’m going to join a support group for people with PTSD when a slot becomes available. I also am going to start seeing a peer support specialist

Getting back on topic, I’m also making a point of taking pictures daily. Photography lowers my stress. Lower stress, fewer positive symptoms, and my negatives also ease off a bit.
