How are you going to improve your life?

Getting back on topic, I’m also making a point of taking pictures daily. Photography lowers my stress. Lower stress, fewer positive symptoms, and my negatives also ease off a bit.

I’m reading Peter Levine right now. Also doing a lot of somatic exercises. Trauma work essentially.

It’s a difficult question. The way I am planning to improve and way I am implementing and way it works are very different. Always life throws a curveball. Have depression about the past, confusion about the present and anxiety about the future.

That said, I am working on trying to learn some technology to keep the job, improve in the job and see myself as someone who has good knowledge and experience. Learning is difficult as well. But I am giving it a shot everyday.

I need to start spending more time out of bed, and I’d like to clean up my house and organize. I started working on the latter but kind of fizzled out. Doing that will make me feel so much better about my contributions to the household.

For physical improvement, I need to watch portions and what I’m eating, but I am already getting help with that. I’d like to finally go into the Y and do regular swimming for fitness.

And for mental health, I’d love to learn a language and spend some time with my guitar.

My old pdoc said to me that she didnt beleive the abilify could create impulsive spending habits in me. She never heard of it and thought it was nonsense. Even though it seems to be all over google and on this forum. :person_tipping_hand:

I want to start exercising again, change meds around possibly, try to be more social and work on my anxiety and either go on the disability support pension or get a nice low stress job that i wont escape from mid shift into the night without telling coworkers once again.
