Thats it guys - getting hospitalized tomorrow

Ive noticed im becoming delusional, because old and original thoughts are coming back, been experiencing paranoia, a lot of anxiety. I told my mom that i needed to go to a hospital, so she called up the hospital staff and asked if we could come, they said they are full now, but there will be an open space tomorrow. Ive chosen to be treated by a young pdoc that helped me to recover from depression, she really listens to a patient and also there is UNLIMITED smoke breaks, thats the main reason I chose this hospital

They banned smoking here in hospitals.

You would never see me back in one

Also if you go to a mental hospital you cannot drive for three months after discharge and sign off for the doctor.

My old pdoc said to mew as you get older and more experienced with SZ, you need the hospital less and less

Im from lithuania and its a bit more free here, there are no restrictions on driving after a hospitalization

Good luck, take today to do things you enjoy that you might not be able to do so easily when you are there.

For example, take a long bubble bath and go for a walk with loved ones, have an extra special meal for dinner  also go to the shops and get some magazines and some nice treats (granola bars, etc) if you’re allowed to take things in with you.

Is it a specific mental health hospital?

I was in one in the uk and they allowed some luxury things like magazines, your phone, although you had to give in your charging cord.

Its one of the most oldest mental hospitals in lithuania, its not really fancy, but its pretty chill there, I will be allowed to be in my clothes, have snacks, cigarettes, phone, charging cord with myself

good luck at the hospital! I hope everything goes well for you
