Honey and mustard chicken with pasta

I plan to make this later today. It involves minimal cooking.

300G Farfalle or other pasta
3tbsp reduced fat mayo( full if you prefer)
1 heaped tsp wholegrain mustard
1 tsp clear honey
300g chicken (cut into rough pieces)
1tbsp oil
4 spring onions thinly sliced
4 tomatoes, quartered and then each chunk halved
Small bunch basil,leaves roughly torn

Heat oil in frying pan and add chicken and cook

Boil pasta, cool under running water

Mix mayo/mustard/honey in a large bowl and loosen
with a little water to make a dressing the consistency
of double cream.
Add the chicken/pasta/onions/basil and tomatoes,season
to taste ,gently mix together.

Yes -that’s true. 15 char.

Honey mustard chicken is one of my favourite meals. But i have it with rice rather than pasta. I’ve never tried it with pasta. Maybe i’ll give it a go sometime. Hope you enjoy your meal.

Just to be a little different I went for turkey instead of chicken.
