Recipe for really good homemade salad dressing

I just had this tonight. It’s so good and easy to make.

Honey Mustard Salad Dressing

1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons mustard
2 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon fresh squeezed lemon juice

Stir it all together; it makes enough for two or three dinner salads.

Can you use any type of mustard?

I guess. The recipe said regular mustard but I don’t see why you couldn’t use dijon mustard.

If you only have spicy mustard or coarse mustard you can experiment and try using them and see if it tastes good. Regular mustard works well though.

Red wine vinegar, Swiss Chard basil . garlic. Olive oil. And sea salt.

I’ve mixed Dijon and Mayo before but I’ll try to add some honey and lemon juice
