Honestly , my life is really wasted

i think i have this feeling and you too

i think it is time to change this way of this thinking and stop …

the thinking of we should stay at home and watching whatever that make us feel relaxed so that our MI become better and have a bigger chance to recover and be like normal ppl!

you should start working or study and achieve as much as you can and be happy!

best chess players are who played more than others and learned about chess more than others …

i think
mind dont need to be relaxed so that it recover from MI but to work , study and achieve and be happy

You never know when you might hit on something good that works for you. It ain’t over until it is over.

It’s a steady balance.

You don’t want to do something that will be super stressful, but once in a while it’s totally healthy to get out of your comfort zone.

When I venture out on my little adventures I often find people to be more open and kind than I expected.

I don’t use MI as an excuse.

I’m far from normal but that is cool.

I don’t live my life like others but it’s a good life I’ve made for myself. I have fun. I don’t have to work and I do what I need to do. Yeah that is limited by my medicated brain but it’s still so worthwhile.

I’m 53 this year and I’ve friends who’ve done different paths. Divorce. Job losses. When it boils down to it my friends aren’t too much different from me when you look at it critically.

Keep fighting and move sideways. Getting on disability and moving out of the stress of work helped me heaps.
