Homeownership and disability

I’d just prefer not to discuss my finances here.

What part of the country might you be from? East or West Coast?

And that’s OK … to each their own?

hopefully not a tent under an overpass…

What will you do in the future without your parents?
I will inherit my parents house if allowed on disability but honestly I better off letting my little brother inherit it and letting me live in it, much better this way and much less problems. My little brother is the smartest of my family.

He knows well how to make money and how to save money.

Why not inherit it yourself, and let your brother live there, instead of the other way around?

Oh that is your snake? I though it was a big one. I am afraid of big ones.

My brother owns 3 houses, he knows how to manage it better. He’s 24y.o.

Also I don’t think I can manage a house like repairs etc by myself. I hate insurance papers etc He’ll take care of it.

He doesn’t need another house, then. Don’t sell yourself short.

He can help you without owning the house, I think.

I trust him the most, more than my other brother.

That picture there was of my small western hognose snake, named Wildflower. I don’t have her anymore.

I currently have a bigger snake, a corn snake named Inferno. He’s about 5.5 feet long, but he’s only a little wider than a US 25¢ (quarter).

This is Inferno:
