The water was constantly being shut off at the meter and when I went down to check out some things I found it shut off at the kitchen sink as well.
Found a major leak in the return part(after it drains) in kitchen sink. Was leaking through floor into the basement.
I had a termite inspection, sewer inspection, full house inspectioin and radon inspection.
Full house inspector said something about a minor leak somewhere in a sink, but I had not seen it so I had pretty much forgotten about it when I found this major leak when going to look at other things.
It was anything but minor.
Seller is supposed to be fixing. They had damn well better get it fixed right because this undisclosed defect gives me cause to pull out of the contract. And I will if its not fixed properly.
I’m a little pissed right now.
